Terms of Service

By creating an account or using STRADLAB Ad Growth OS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

STRADLAB Ad Growth OS provides AI-powered campaign strategy generation, ad copy creation, and marketing automation tools for small brands. The Service does not directly manage or place ads on third-party platforms on your behalf; it generates strategies and materials for you to use.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@stradlab.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Generate content that is deceptive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any security measures.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent.

Content generated by the AI features is provided as-is for your use. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or acting on it. STRADLAB does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or effectiveness of AI output. You own the output generated using your inputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STRADLAB and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
